About Sarah
Sarah has 20 years of experience, firmly rooted in the fast-paced hospitality, tourism and events industry. With a proven track record in developing profitable business and delivering innovative customer-focused solutions,her career highlights have ranged from multi-million-pound hotel refurbishment and rebrand projects, Covid19 recovery planning and establishing sales and key account strategy and processes.

With experience in both the private and public sectors with leading companies and global brands, she also found the time to enhance her qualifications with an MSc with distinction in 2019.

Sarah enjoys helping people and thinks the key to a successful business is all about getting the foundations right, which makes her the perfect person to lead aspiring franchisors through the Platinum Wave consultancy process and ready to build your network.

When she is not at work, helping brands on their growth journeys, Sarah enjoys family time, eating great food (not cooked by her!) and attempting to paddle board.
