But with 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and hospitality events, working with industry giants like Hilton Worldwide, IHG, and Sodexo, I quickly realised that the proven processes and procedures of the franchising model can offer immense opportunities for growth to all types of businesses. Over the years, I’ve helped businesses increase their market share, maximise account management potential, streamline their processes and establish strategic sales approaches that drive revenue. I’ve been deeply involved in supporting multi-million-pound hotel refurbishment and relaunch projects and leading national business development teams.
