David Kaye

David is a key member of the franchise consultancy team at Platinum Wave. He specialises in business law and franchising and is head of the Franchising team at Harper Macleod.
David is very well known in the UK legal market, having been advising Franchisors, Master Franchisees and Franchisees for over 20 years. He was the first Scottish Lawyer recognised as a Qualified Franchise Professional by the bfa and is actively involved with the association speaking regularly at franchising events throughout the UK.
About David
David also acts as Company Secretary to a large number of companies including Retail Trust, Bees Nees Media, Talk Holiday, Chryson and is an Arcadia nominated Governor of Fashion Retail Academy.
He became Honorary Consul in Glasgow to Latvia in 2016 and coordinates the Latvia country desk, part of Harper Macleod's international offering.
David is an affiliate member of the British Franchise Association and acts as legal advisor to the BFA Franchise Group in Scotland.

He also has an encyclopaedic knowledge of music and has been to more gigs than everyone we know, combined. It is simply inconceivable that David and Andy could lose the music round of a pub quiz.
