David is a key member of the franchise consultancy team at Platinum Wave and also a Partner in Spencer West’s Retail and Franchise team; Head of Business Development; Head of Law Reach referral scheme.
David specialises in Franchising and Business Law and acts as Company Secretary to a large number of companies including Retail Trust, and Beezr Media.
He is a Qualified Franchise Professional, an affiliate member of the British Franchise Association (BFA) and acts as legal advisor to the BFA Franchise Group in Scotland.
David helps Franchisors with drafting Franchise Agreements and related documents, informal dispute resolution, strategic advice for businesses and commercial contracts.

He became Honorary Consul in Glasgow to Latvia in 2016 and coordinates the Latvia country desk, part of Harper Macleod's international offering.
David is an affiliate member of the British Franchise Association and acts as legal advisor to the BFA Franchise Group in Scotland.
